| Scrapbook Village Receives Retailer Of The Year |
Bonnie recently spoke at the conference held in Las
Vegas for retailers and mfg's across the United States.
Thanks to Scrapbook Village customers, she gave an
inspiring and uplifting workshop about customer
relationships.
The workshop was built around the valuable and
faithful customers that support the Village and other
Independent Scrapbook Stores. With the number of
Scrapbook stores closing across the U S , she
encouraged offering customers great service,
knowledge, and product variety that the "box store"
does not provide. Bonnie also served with 2 other
stores on a panel entitled "Retailer To Retailer".
